“The Post Hotel & Spa presents a charming, old-world ambiance that I found particularly appealing. The thoughtful touches, like the in-room kettles and complimentary water, enhance the overall experience, and the cozy bar and excellent food made for delightful evenings; its access to Lake Louise via shuttle during the day is invaluable. Though some might find certain areas showing their age, the attentive service and amenities, like the pool and hot tub, offer a genuinely relaxing retreat.”

charming stay near the river
polite staff open fire snack plate afternoon tea
the staff was polite, and the service was attentive. the cozy bar featured an open fire and a great drink selection, also offering small snack plates. i took a swim in the pool and enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea. the location alongside a pretty river was perfect for morning walks.
the sink stopper in the bathroom was disconnected. this made it slightly awkward to use the sink without manually adjusting the stopper.
Dining
9/10
the bar offered a fantastic selection of drinks and snack plates in a cozy setting. i appreciated the available options for a light meal or a quick snack. the food was delicious and was prepared with care, too.
